SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Please allow all orders to process within 2-3 business days (excluding USPS process and delivery time) before your order is shipped. To reduce the processing time of your order make sure your billing name and address is the same with your card service/issuer. Once the package has left us with a tracking number and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not reliable for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible to delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, or undeliverable addresses. undeliverable addresses does include incorrect/insufficient address, no p.o. box number,refused, or return to sender. All customers are responsible for putting the correct information for the order's billing and ship address.
Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded as business days or order processing days.

Mesmereyes is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses and return to sender. Mesmereyes has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to us
REFUND POLICY
RETURNS: If you don't love it, return it! We offer! 100% Satisfaction Guaruntee on all orders. If your order doesn't exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the full amount to all unused, unopened merchandise from your order minus the shipping fees. All that we ask you is for you to return them in the original packaging. Refunds must be made within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill to" Customer.
We do not accept any exchanges for any products.
how do i request a refund?
If you decide to return your order you must contact us first, requesting a refund of your product. As we take customer service very seriously, you will receive an email response within 24 hours. Just email us with the subject line 'ORDER RETURN' and indicate your order number in the contents of the message. A customer service representative will respond with all the necessary steps to proceed with your order.
We highly recommend to purchase tracking information for all returning packages, and to forward any information to customer service.
We do not issue refunds for worn/damaged eyelashes. If the eyelashes aren't returned to us in its original condition, un used we can not issue you a refund.
